রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের শর্ত
- অরিজিনাল প্রোডাক্টের নিশ্চয়তা: আমরা শুধু বিশ্বস্ত ভারতীয় ব্র্যান্ডের আসল প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি করি। নকল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট পেয়েছেন মনে হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।
- প্রোডাক্টের অবস্থা: ফেরত দেওয়া প্রোডাক্ট আগের অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে — অব্যবহৃত, না খোলা এবং সব প্যাকেজিং (ট্যাগ, সিল ও লেবেলসহ) অক্ষত।
- রিটার্নের সময়সীমা: অর্ডার হাতে পাওয়ার ২ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
যা ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না
স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তার কারণে নিচের প্রোডাক্টগুলোর রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড আমরা নিতে পারি না:
- খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা কসমেটিকস।
- পচনশীল বা ভোগ্য প্রোডাক্ট (যেমন খোলা স্কিনকেয়ার প্রোডাক্ট)।
- গ্রাহকের ভুল ব্যবহার বা অসাবধানতায় নষ্ট হওয়া প্রোডাক্ট।
কীভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন
কেনাকাটায় সন্তুষ্ট না হলে এই ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:

- প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত পাঠান: প্রোডাক্টটি আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে ভালোভাবে প্যাক করে আমাদের দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পাঠান। রিটার্নের শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে, তবে ভুল আমাদের হলে (যেমন ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট) এই খরচ আমরা বহন করব।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
ফেরত আসা প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পেয়ে যাচাই করার পর:
- অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড: যে পদ্ধতিতে পেমেন্ট করেছিলেন, সেই পদ্ধতিতেই ২ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- স্টোর ক্রেডিট: চাইলে পরবর্তী কেনাকাটার জন্য স্টোর ক্রেডিটও নিতে পারেন।
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট পেলে:
- ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান।
- সমস্যার পরিষ্কার ছবি পাঠান।
- আমরা প্রোডাক্টটি বদলে দেব অথবা রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচসহ পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেব।
ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পেলে
ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পেলে:
- সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।
- কোনো বাড়তি খরচ ছাড়াই আমরা সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে দেব।
- ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত পাঠানোর শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব।
